Synopsis: A group of fraternity pledges hatch a plot to kidnap Eddie Pain, the leader of a group of anti-nuclear mutant protestors ravaged by toxic poisoning. When Eddie winds up dead at the hands of one of his own guards, the frat boys are framed for his murder and pursued throughout the city.
